Let’s make more babies, and give each one a gun.

On the one-year anniversary of the Robb Elementary shooting in Uvalde, Texas, I am dropping my genesis NFT. I wrote a song about it shortly after the shooting, with the intent of eventually recording and releasing it. However, life intervened and I never got around to it — until a few weeks ago when I was reminded about this unending malaise by another mass shooting in Texas.

A year later, after years of other mass shootings. Nothing changes. There’s no logic to it. We’re the only “advanced” country where anything like this happens. And it’s getting worse.

We’re a death cult.

I’m in favor of the Second Amendment, but we need sensible gun ownership now.

Meanwhile, I had to release this song. It’s my genesis NFT in collaboration with my better half, the amazing visual artist Marina Berlin.
